Dr. Yasamin Rekabdar, MD, CCFP is a family physician with a special interest in skin health, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about helping patients improve the health, quality, and appearance of their skin through personalized treatment plans designed to achieve natural-looking results.
In aesthetic medicine, Dr. Rekabdar focuses on improving skin quality, texture, and tone, while supporting the skin’s natural regenerative processes. Her clinical interests include the management of pigmentation, uneven skin tone, early signs of aging, and overall skin rejuvenation. She believes that successful aesthetic treatments should enhance a patient’s natural features while maintaining balance and subtlety.
Dr. Rekabdar completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered care. During her training and clinical practice, she developed a growing interest in skin health and the management of dermatologic conditions, which led her to further focus her practice on aesthetic medicine and skin rejuvenation treatments.
At iSkinPure, Dr. Rekabdar works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both medical and aesthetic skin concerns. She frequently combines different treatment modalities to support long-term skin health and gradual, natural-looking improvement.
