Dr. Romina Moradi

AESTHETICIAN, Family Doctor with a Focus in Skin cancer and Disorders

Dr. Romina Moradi, MD is a family physician with a special interest in dermatology, skin cancer prevention, and skin health. She focuses on helping patients maintain healthy skin through early detection, prevention, and personalized treatment plans that support both medical and aesthetic skin care.

Dr. Moradi’s clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and a wide range of skin conditions, as well as treatments that improve overall skin quality and address concerns such as sun damage, pigmentation, and early signs of skin aging. Her approach emphasizes careful assessment and long-term skin health as the foundation for effective treatment.

She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia, where she served as Chief Resident at both the site and program-wide level, demonstrating leadership and academic excellence during her training.

Dr. Moradi has pursued extensive additional training in dermatology, completing multiple dermatology electives across Canada and Europe. She is currently completing her Diploma in General Dermatology and Skin Cancer (Australia), further strengthening her expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.

In recognition of her clinical excellence and leadership, Dr. Moradi received both the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) Award of Excellence and the BC College of Family Physicians R2 Resident Award in 2022.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Moradi serves as a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia, where she teaches residents in Family Medicine and Primary Care Dermatology. She is passionate about education and advancing knowledge in skin health and dermatologic care.
